ESSAYS ON RURAL HYGIENE.
'A highly important book. The whole book is an educationin itself. It is a volume to be read and re-read equally by householdersand by professional sanitarians. Our only regret isthat amid the flood of hygienic literature which is year by yearturned loose upon the world, there are so few books of this type—fearless, honest, and scientific criticisms of existing errors, and full, likewise, of recommendations whereby these errorsmay be rectified.'—Glasgow Herald.
